Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

If an item requires additional preparation time, this will be stated on the product page or communicated to you by email.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all products and all orders to supported shipping destinations. No minimum purchase is required. No shipping fee is added at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, and peak shipping periods may cause delays.

4. Shipment Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send your tracking details by email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

5. Shipping Address Changes

6. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged items, please keep the packaging and include clear photos where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and help arrange an appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit your applicable consumer rights.
